Rich and the boys have been hard at work this week-end expanding the garden. They've got great plans for it this year. Bigger = better! The lettuce and strawberries are in as you can see in the foreground as Rich prepares the soil for the onions, red beets, acorn squash, cucumbers, broccoli, zucchini, butternut squash, tomatoes, eggplant, pole beans, radishes, spinach, basil, carrots, green peppers... and I'm not sure what else. Mmmmm... I can taste the juicy red, sun warmed tomato as the juice drips down my chin... Or the cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches... I love the fruit of their labors.
